Payment

iCollect subscription is payable in advance.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

One Off subscription fee - $14.95 +gst

Monthly subscription fee - $49.00 + gst

Annual subscription fee - $539.00 + gst

Cancellation

Please be advised, as this is a monthly subscription, cancellation of this service is at your discretion. If you wish to cancel the programme, you can do so at any time within your login account panel.  

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with iCollect, please contact us at info@icollect.co.nz within the first 30 day period and tell us why you are not happy with iCollect and we will refund your money. 

Disputed Accounts

If the debtor disputes the account you must cease pursuing the account through iCollect. You need to resolve the dispute yourself or pursue the account through the Disputes Tribunal. https://www.disputestribunal.govt.nz

You acknowledge that the debt loaded with iCollect is NOT IN DISPUTE. 

You agree if a debtor disputes a debt during the 21 day cycle to cease sending letters immediatley. You agree to select 'pause' under the account portal for all remaining letters against the debtor. 

The use of iCollect

iCollect is used to follow up outstanding invoices for goods and services or both. If iCollect is used in an unlawful manner termination will be immediate.

Only upload debts which are for overdue debts and for which you have written evidence of existence. This must be uploaded against the debtor under the 'documents' tab before letters will commence sending.

Only upload debts to the system which are valid, overdue, and you have attempted to contact the debtor on at least one occasion after the invoice was due.

You agree to immediately update your details within your iCollect account if you change your name, trading style, proprietorship or contact details from that which is specified in the system. Company name changes must be done through us direclty info@icollect.co.nz.

You agree to maintain accurate records in relation to all debts in iCollect and the amounts repaid in relation to those debts.

You agree to manage your online account and ensure that you include, and update, any required information of the debtor in order for us to provide our services effectively. 

You agree to receiving monthly newsletters which update you on website improvements and general iCollect news. If you chose to opt out of these newsletters, please note you may miss out on updated new features when they come live. 

Privacy

All information regarding creditors and debtors details will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is when instructed to register a default against a debtor with Equifax, Centrix or the information is required for legal proceedings.
